Managed initiative for DoD-funded Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MIIs), forging strategic partnerships with Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) to increase participation and collaboration.

Designed and executed a five-year Department of Defense STEM Diversity Campaign, incorporating community engagement, strategic communications, and rigorous evaluation, to advance STEM outreach initiatives and goals.

Conducted project-based educator workshops to align students with innovative technology fields.
